How is a product delivered?
Every product is a digital download. Files arrive by email immediately after checkout and stay available in your account. Nothing is shipped, and nothing is fulfilled by hand.
Who processes payment?
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for every order — including invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT.
Can I edit what I buy?
The client-facing content ships as editable text so you can put it in your own words and send it under your own name. The reference material ships as a designed PDF.
Can I use it with my clients?
Yes — with unlimited clients inside your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
What software do I need?
Any PDF reader, plus Word, Google Docs or Pages for the editable files.

How we operate
Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file fails to open or download, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Delivery
Files are delivered by email and in your account within minutes of payment. If your download has not arrived, check your spam folder and then contact us — we reply within one business day.
Privacy
This site runs no advertising trackers. Payment and order data is processed by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy. We use your email address only to deliver your purchase and answer support requests, and we do not sell or share it.
License and terms
A purchase grants a single-business license to use the material with your own clients. Reselling, redistributing, republishing or sharing the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted. Prices are in USD.
